Marla Chicotsky practices primarily Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Administrative Law, Real Estate Law, and Criminal Law. Ms. Chicotsky earned a B.S. from the University of Arizona, and a J.D. from St. Thomas University. For the past two years, Ms. Chicotsky was an Assistant State Attorney, for the 17th Judicial Circuit, for the State of Florida. While working for the State, Ms. Chicotsky was a lead Prosecutor on numerous jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings. Along with her experience as a Prosecutor, Ms. Chicotsky has gained a wide range of legal experience, including her certified internship with the City of Ft. Lauderdale's Prosecution Office, an internship with the Honorable Daryl E. Trawick of the 11th Judicial Circuit for the State of Florida, and as an employee for a civil practioner throughout Law School.
