Graduated from University of South Florida, B.A. Communications (Honors Convocation Award), St. Thomas Law School, J.D. (Honors) and reciepient of American Jurisprudence Awards for Trial Advocacy, Torts and Moral Dilemmas. Robert is a Former Lead Felony Prosecutor while serving as an Assistant State Attorney for Broward County wherein he recieved multiple accomodations as top Habitualizer of Career Criminals for successful trial prosecution. His affiliations include the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Broward County Trial Lawyer's Association, Lambda Chi Alpha (USF) and the International Legal Fraternity Phi Alpha Delta Mentschikoff Chapter. Robert's practice area with the firm spans the State of Florida Circuit Courts, United States District Court, State Appellate Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
